In its paper of 9 November 2012, Municipal Waste Europe supports selected amendments tabled on the proposal for a Directive on Concessions. The amendments chosen support the freedom of choice for contracting authorities, inter-communal cooperation and the maintenance of exclusive rights where they are currently enforced.
